I lead Mindfulness retreats that are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners with an established practice wishing to refresh and deepen their mindfulness practice.
Do you like nature?
Do you like taking photos?
Do you wish to deepen your daily mindfulness experiences?
Our newly started Mindful Photography Project might be just right for you.
Monthly online mini-retreats will give you a wonderful opportunity to infuse your mindfulness practice with fun and creativity, your photography endeavours with renewed purpose, and your soul, heart and mind with a sense of deeper connection with others.
Together we will be creating a warm, supportive and non-competitive space where all and any creative photography that helps us connect deeper with nature and mindfulness is welcome.
These monthly retreats will be a mixture of meditation practices, theme enquiry and photography sharing.
Our aim is to meet monthly and touch on what we have discovered during each month in nature as seasons unfold.

Join us for a peaceful and restorative retreat where photography becomes a tool for mindfulness. In this gentle space, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover clarity through the lens of your phone. Whether you’re looking to find balance in your daily life or simply want to explore the world through a new perspective, this retreat offers a supportive environment to help you refocus and nurture your inner calm. Come as you are, and leave feeling more centered, with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
What to Expect from This Day Retreat
During this day retreat, you’ll experience a balance of mindfulness practices and creative exploration through photography. We’ll begin with grounding exercises to help you slow down and become present in the moment, followed by mindful photography sessions that encourage you to see the world with fresh eyes. You’ll be guided to observe your surroundings with intention, allowing you to reconnect with your inner calm while capturing the beauty in everyday moments.
Throughout the day, there will be time for quiet reflection, group sharing, and gentle guidance to help you deepen your practice. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned photographer, you’ll discover how simple acts of observation and creativity can bring clarity and a renewed sense of focus.
We’ll also take a break to enjoy a homemade, nourishing lunch together — a perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy wholesome, fresh food. By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, more attuned to the present, and with a collection of images that reflect your journey of balance and discovery.

Become stronger mentally and find inner peace.
Peace and quiet for the mind, refreshing energy for the body.
There will be a mix of meditations, periods of silence, mindful movements, Qigong and walks, mindful eating, periods of teaching and opportunities to connect.
As usual, I will promote compassionate acceptance of what we find challenging or painful, and dwell in the simple beauty of pleasant experiences through development of kindly awareness. Practices drawn from Compassionate Living and Qigong teaching will be at the core of this retreat.
The retreat is a real opportunity to spend some time with yourself, to recharge your emotional batteries, and revitalise your outlook on life.
Only a small number of participants can be accommodated on this retreat, so early booking is recommended. This year, we will be gathering in Kent, surrounded by beautiful, spacious grounds that will give us an opportunity to practice in nature, enjoy countryside walks and to simply be.
Regular group practice within a retreat environment gives the chance to go deeper and fully experience many physical and mental benefits of sustained mindfulness practice, as well as the confidence to continue practicing by ourselves.
From the moment you arrive on Friday, you will begin to gently let go of the business, worry and distraction of your daily life and enter into a space of calm, relaxation and ease - all to support your access to insight and wisdom, self-compassion and love. You will be guided through each day of practice to help you strengthen a kinder relationship with yourself and others.
The non-residential, single-sday retreat is a beautiful opportunity to simply arrive and immerse yourself in an idyllic atmosphere of calm, peacefulness and self-compassion. Being on a retreat is an ultimate gesture of self-care, self-kindness and self-love. You will be supported by an experienced mindfulness teacher and will have all you need to fully benefit from this retreat:

Everyone finds uncertainty and change difficult. When we face uncertainty, we mostly feel worry, anxiety and aversion. We learn to wish to control future outcomes, circumstances in our work and relationships with people around us.
When we feel out of control, we often get frustrated or angry, and sometimes we become more fearful of the future or hopeless.
During this retreat you will be invited to gently investigate your relationship with change, uncertainty and need for control.
What to expect from this day retreat
Together we will go through a series of mindfulness practices that can serve us as helpful antidotes in times of uncertainty. There will be periods of meditation, QiGong and shared reflections, as well as an invitational mindful lunch and walk where you are.
It's a special opportunity to spend time with yourself and others on this journey of self-discovery and growth.
