How to Feel Good Enough

Mindfulness-based Masterclass


Many of us experience a negative feeling that there’s something missing deep inside. We keep trying harder, pushing and striving to achieve more in an attempt to feel good enough. But often we don’t know what ‘being good enough’ actually looks or feels like.

This feeling of ’not good enough’ is common. It is often unseen from the outside and sometimes is unnoticed from the inside. In some cases, it can lead to shame, a sense of inadequacy, burnout, and failed relationships.


What Will You Learn on This Event?

My approach to working with limiting self-beliefs is through the gentle use of Mindfulness-based and compassionate approaches. I will guide you through a series of transformative practices to help you connect with the root of what your feelings of inadequacy may be and help you begin to find your path to free yourself from this battle for more ease of being and peace.

This masterclass is an opportunity to begin transforming a negative relationship with yourself into a more kind, compassionate and harmonious one. You will:

  • Discover transformative practices that can heal old wounds and enrich your life
  • Begin to uncover your origins of feeling not good enough
  • Learn how to attain a sense of ‘being good enough’
  • Playfully investigate other aspects of your life where an attitude of 'not good enough’ may also be present

In this supportive, two-part online workshop, you'll learn practical ways to manage anxiety. Led by Julia R Lofts, a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher, you’ll get clear guidance on how anxiety works in the brain and body, and create your own personal toolkit to feel more at ease.
