Many of us experience a negative feeling that there’s something missing deep inside. We keep trying harder, pushing and striving to achieve more in an attempt to feel good enough. But often we don’t know what ‘being good enough’ actually looks or feels like.
This feeling of ’not good enough’ is common. It is often unseen from the outside and sometimes is unnoticed from the inside. In some cases, it can lead to shame, a sense of inadequacy, burnout, and failed relationships.

My approach to working with limiting self-beliefs is through the gentle use of Mindfulness-based and compassionate approaches. I will guide you through a series of transformative practices to help you connect with the root of what your feelings of inadequacy may be and help you begin to find your path to free yourself from this battle for more ease of being and peace.
